Holding onto anger and bitterness is unhealthy for our bodies, minds and souls. Casting ourselves as a ‘victim’ will only make us repeat victim patterns. This meditation gently guides you to own your feelings whether they be anger, grief, sadness or frustration and to release those feelings from your body and mind. Many times we “project” certain feelings onto a loved one that are actually triggered by someone else. Through a psychology technique called gestalt, I will guide you to trace your feelings back to the original trauma so that you can heal it and finally be free.
